Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members, including greetings, eye contact, courtesy, and Walgreens service traits.
• Recommend items for sale to customers and trade‑up or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement; use first‑in, first‑out method and restock properly.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo, poster print, and creative machine services.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, pick items, deliver orders as customers arrive).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by the manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Not applicable in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Not applicable in Puerto Rico)
