• 3 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years U.S. Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Minimum high school diploma or GED

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the U.S.
• Full‑time availability (exceeds 40 hours per week) including variable hours—early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
