• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff supervision and delegation of tasks
• Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of resident care, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical procedures
• Provide education and training to nursing staff to promote excellence in patient care
