A Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of high‑quality dishes, across an array of cuisines, while ensuring consistency, presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. This role involves managing daily production, maintaining cleanliness, operating equipment, potentially supervising junior staff, and contributing to menu development under the guidance of an Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Ensure that all dishes meet high‑quality standards in taste, texture, appearance, and presentation. - Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen workstations and while using equipment, following all regulations.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, assist with ingredient ordering and minimize waste.
- Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure efficient and safe use and longevity.
- Assist the senior chefs, collaborate with the culinary team, and potentially supervise and guide junior staff in the kitchen.
- Help in the development and creation of new menu items, contributing creative ideas to menu planning.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail and consistency in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas for new recipes and products.
- Ability to work effectively with a culinary team and support colleagues.
