QA​/QC Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our dedicated team, focusing on high-quality project execution in the realm of infrastructure development. This role is key to ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, while also aligning with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. In this position, the QA/QC Engineer will be essential in assessing and enhancing the quality management processes across various projects.

You will collaborate closely with teams to maintain a culture of quality excellence.

• Perform systematic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Establish, implement, and oversee the quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve quality-related challenges.
• Compile and assess quality reports, ensuring timely documentation and communication of findings.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified non-conformities and oversee corrective action measures.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote quality assurance best practices amongst project staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
• Proficient in quality management software tools.
