Resort Manager

Resort Manager - Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing resorts and have excellent customer service and organizational skills. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage staff supervision and management, budgeting, maintenance of facilities, marketing activities, and customer service initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all areas of work.

• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and a team player.
• Good understanding of budgeting processes and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively when devising solutions to challenges in running the resort.
• Fluency in Malayalam or another local language as well as English is preferred.
