Location: Al ‘Ulyā

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Establish, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management systems, compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, contracts, payroll coordination, leaves, and end-of-service processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and KPIs for senior management.
  • Restructure and reorganize the HR department, including defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to achieve high performance.
Skills Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications are preferred (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR).
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Prior experience in the industrial sector or large organizations is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (HR reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, HR KPIs).
  • Proven experience in HR department restructuring and organizational design.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems / ERP platforms.
  • Excellent command of Arabic.
  • Saudi Nationality.
