We are seeking a versatile and proactive Admin, HR, and Government Relations Officer to enhance our operations and government engagement in Saudi Arabia.
RolePurpose
The HR, Administration & Government Compliance Officer is a hybrid compliance‑focused role designed to ensure:
- Continuous compliance with Saudi employment, labor, and government requirements.
- Effective HR and administrative coordination.
- Proper oversight of government portals and regulatory obligations.
This role is not a high‑volume PRO position
, but a compliance, coordination, and governance role
, aligned with CRI Group’s RHQ structure and operational scale.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation.
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with Group HR on:
- Employment contracts.
- Policy implementation.
- Disciplinary and compliance documentation.
- Ensure HR practices align with internal governance, data protection, and audit requirements.
- Act as internal liaison for Saudi government portals and regulatory requirements, including:
- Qiwa.
- GOSI.
- Muqeem.
- Absher.
- MISA.
- Ministry of Commerce and Saudi Business Center.
- ZATCA (coordination with internal Finance and Accounts only).
- Track deadlines for:
- Commercial registrations.
- Employment‑related filings.
- Regulatory renewals and submissions.
- Coordinate with external PROs or consultants when high‑volume or specialized processing is required.
- Ensure documentation readiness for inspections, audits, or regulatory reviews.
- Manage office administration, correspondence, and document control.
- Maintain organised records supporting HR, compliance, and governance activities.
- Support management with compliance reports, filings, and internal controls.
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation flows.
- Support CRI Group’s compliance with MISA RHQ Program requirements.
- Ensure local employment, operational, and administrative activities align with RHQ obligations.
- Maintain documentation readiness for:
- Government reviews.
- Internal audits.
- Client or regulatory compliance checks.
This role focuses on compliance, coordination, and oversight
.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3‑6 years’ experience in HR, administration, or government compliance within Saudi Arabia.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Saudi Labour Law.
- Employment portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher).
- MISA and MoC compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and compliance mindset.
- Ability to work with external PROs and consultants effectively.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping discipline.
- Ability to operate independently within defined governance frameworks.
