Sr. Manager - Herd Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager – Herd Health to lead the health, welfare, and biosecurity programs across our large-scale dairy herd. This strategic leadership role oversees a multi-national team of veterinary and farm health professionals to ensure optimal herd health, reproductive efficiency, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

• Lead herd health strategy, disease prevention programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vaccination schedules, treatment protocols, and reproductive health programs.
• Monitor herd performance using data and analytics to drive operational decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with veterinary regulations, animal welfare requirements, and biosecurity standards.
• Manage and develop a team including Health Manager, Biosecurity Lead, and Reproduction Lead.
• Collaborate with nutrition, farm operations, and veterinary partners to optimize herd productivity.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and submit periodic health performance reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or related field.
• 10+ years of senior-level herd health experience
  , preferably managing large dairy herds (25,000+ animals).
• Strong expertise in herd health management, diagnostics, disease control, and reproduction.
• Proficiency in DC305, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and team-building ability.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred).
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of accountability, business acumen, and service excellence orientation.
