Location: Rawḑat Sudayr

Job Purpose

Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. his role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities ERP & Data Integrity
  • Managing the accuracy of inventory recording and costing data within Oracle ERP to ensure precise financial reporting for the manufacturing facility.
Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Leading the monthly reconciliation of the Inventory GL against the sub-leger; identifying deviations, analyzing Cost of Consumption (COC), and preparing comprehensive periodic costing reports.
Variance Analysis
  • Performing deep-dive analysis on Material Usage (MUV), Purchase Price (PPV), and Resource Usage (RUV) variances to drive cost-saving initiatives in production.
Inventory Control
  • Monitoring Min/Max and Safety Stock levels for high-turnover raw materials and frozen finished goods to support the supply chain team.
Risk Management
  • Analyzing stock aging and turnover rates to mitigate inventory risks and coordinating with operations to reduce write-offs for perishable goods.
Auditing
  • Conducting the physical count process and cycle counting routines, investigating discrepancies, and strictly enforcing the documentation cycle across all factory stores.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Academic and professional qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Food or Beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Skills
  • Proven knowledge in international accounting and reporting standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel).
  • Good analytical, planning, organizational and time-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with big volume of data.
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
