Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Management- Oversee all financial operations, maintaining accurate account records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Streamline financial processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Craft and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Assist in budget preparation, allocation, and management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Produce insightful financial reports to guide strategic decision-making at all levels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing customized financial advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with client expectations and needs.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor performance, and assess risks.
- Recommend proactive adjustments to financial strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
- Ensure all financial strategies and operations align with the company’s long‑term goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Build a high‑performing team through effective coaching, training, and development initiatives.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry experience in Oil and Gas or EPCM is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in financial management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
