SPV General Manager; EPC Project

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated SPV General Manager (EPC Project) to lead EPC delivery governance for a major water infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will act as the focal coordination point across engineering, procurement, construction, client interfaces, and internal reporting disciplines.

Location: Southern Western Region - Jizan

Nationality: Saudi Nationals only (Candidate to be based in Jizan area)

Project Type: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

Project Duration: Approximately 20 months

Expected Joining: End of Q2 2026

Lead EPC delivery governance for a major water infrastructure project. Act as the focal coordination point across engineering, procurement, construction, client side interfaces, and internal reporting disciplines.

• Serve as the key interface between SPV, client representatives, and EPC teams.
• Monitor EPC delivery progress, risks, and milestone achievements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction sequences.
• Oversee contract administration including variation and claims management.
• Track schedule, identify constraints, and drive timely resolution.
• Lead reporting routines including dashboards, minutes, trackers, and summaries.
• Support financial control through budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain HSE oversight and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Build regional stakeholder relationships and manage any required external interfaces.
• Support commissioning readiness and final phase planning.

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or related).
• EPC delivery experience required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant leadership experience.
• Project management credentials desirable.
• Strong contract and stakeholder management background.
• Water infrastructure or similar heavy civil experience preferred.
