Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business systems and technologies.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, office based environment.
- Experience in documenting business processes and requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
