Consultant - Organizational Excellence -EFQM

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Consultant to join our team, focusing on organizational development and operational excellence. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help clients build robust frameworks, streamline their operations, and enhance their institutional maturity. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about structuring business processes and implementing effective governance.

• Support and lead specific work streams related to organizational excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of comprehensive policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

• Assist in analyzing current operations and in the development and implementation of new operational structures.
• Participate in client engagements, facilitating workshops and interviews to gather requirements and map processes.
• Help prepare detailed reports, manuals, and presentations for client deliverables.
• Work closely with senior team members to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience: More than 3 years of direct, practical experience in organizational excellence, and building policies, procedures, and organizational manuals
