Senior Accountant; m​/f​/d

To support our growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial and accounting processes.

• Ensure accurate entry and monitoring of accounting transactions (invoices, payments, journal entries) and support smooth month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and submit tax and social security declarations in cooperation with external accounting partners in line with local legislation and internal policies.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for group consolidation.
• Review and reconcile accounts, analyse discrepancies, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare accounting documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal obligations, and group policies, including application of IFRS 16.

• Act as primary liaison with banking partners to support accurate payroll transmission and financial processing, including reporting to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Manage and monitor operational contracts (e.g., vehicle fleet, utilities, insurance) ensuring accurate documentation and timely renewals.
• Serve as the key interface between Finance and internal departments to support operational needs and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by providing reliable financial information for business decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Registered with SOCPA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience working in an international environment or group reporting structure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and local GAAP standards.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Proven track record of liaising with external accounting and payroll providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
