- 8+ years of experience in an Alliance/Partner sales environment with a proven track record
- General understanding of complex solution sales cycles
- Ability to develop long‑term relationships and manage a virtual team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the software industry, preferably in AI, BPM, or automation
- Proven success in new business development and account management
- High energy, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment
- Credible and able to engage with executives and operational teams effectively
