- Prepare project timelines for creating and delivering demo artifacts, managing projects to agreed-upon scope and timelines
- Demonstrate the employer's key propositions and differentiation during client interactions
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure best practices are positioned early in the sales process
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or a related customer‑facing technical role within enterprise software or intelligent automation
- Proven experience in designing and presenting solutions that incorporate RPA, BPM, APIs, and AI/ML services
- Familiarity with AI‑driven automation concepts and integration of human and digital workers
- Demonstrated success in partnering with sales teams to influence pipeline and drive strategic customer conversations
- Experience working with large enterprise customers, particularly in the healthcare vertical
- Experience specifically in the healthcare vertical is preferred
