What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including discovery, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing
  • Conduct high volumes of outreach using Salesforce, Salesloft, and other platforms to generate leads
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and executives to strategize and execute client opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7-15 years of sales experience, particularly managing complex strategic sales processes
  • Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, regulatory capital requirements, and risk management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in managing relationships with executive decision-makers in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with investment operations and technology, especially in the context of insurance companies
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a complex sales environment
