Position: Territory Sales Manager (NY/PA)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and execute a territory growth plan targeting larger or more complex contractor accounts
  • Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with owners and operational leaders to understand their business needs
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients
  • Drive outbound activity and manage inbound leads to maximize territory penetration
  • Actively contribute to improving sales processes and strategies through collaboration and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of high-performing B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or SMB technology markets
  • Proven ability to sell in complex or strategic environments, such as multi-location or high-ACV deals
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to adapt consultative approaches
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior sales team members
  • Familiarity with contractor business models and their unique challenges
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales targets
