RTV Expeditor

The RTV Expeditor supports HSN and acts as the primary contact between merchandising, vendors, and distribution to expedite all RTV/RWK merchandise back to the vendor in a timely manner.

• This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

• Manage RTV/RWK/VR inventory at multiple sites
• Extensive interaction with vendors to obtain the return authorization and shipping address for RTV/RWK inventory shipments
• Support of distribution by preparing thorough and accurate paperwork on RTV shipments, work orders, and requests for information.
• Act as an information resource for all internal/external customers on RTV inventory and vendors
• Extensive communication with Merchandising to resolve any issues regarding RTV Inventory

• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Knowledge of inventory control, returns, and vendor operations
• Working knowledge of Distribution / Merchandising processes.
