Senior ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer

• Configure Service Now to meet business requirements at regularly scheduled intervals
• Obtain and validate business requirements and transform them into functional requirements
• Build workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed improvements in Service Now
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose changes to resolve issues or enhance integrations
• Act as the primary point of contact for Service Now-related issues and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of System Administration experience in Service Now
• 2+ years of development experience in Service Now, preferably in CSM or ITSM modules
• 5+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to engage in conversations while taking notes

• Experience upgrading, cloning, and moving update sets in a Service Now environment
• Knowledge of programming languages including HTML and Java Script
• Experience with web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory
• Ability to create and deliver presentations or demonstrations to various stakeholders
