- Track all purchase orders (POs) going to multiple Fulfillment Centers, ensuring timely release and shipment
- Collaborate with the Transportation Team to identify alternative transportation solutions for on-time delivery
- Communicate with On Air Planning Managers/Buyers regarding late products and provide updates or alternatives
- Resolve issues with vendors regarding unreleased POs to ensure timely delivery
- Work with Transportation teams to manage in-transit changes and rectify errors with EDI information
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or related field
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent work experience
- Role-specific education or certificates in Supply Chain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with transportation logistics and supply chain management systems
- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve issues quickly
