- Serve as a subject matter expert for 340B data, reporting, and financial performance
- Analyze commercial and operational levers affecting the 340B segment to support decision‑making
Develop and maintain program dashboards for tracking commercial goals and identifying market opportunities - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage data requests and 340B‑related projects
- Create educational processes and training for 340B data and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health information management, computer sciences, statistics, advanced analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing 340B Program, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or healthcare data
- At least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience applying advanced analysis techniques to business problems
- Experience managing large datasets and performing advanced analytics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Advanced Pharmaceutical degree (i.e., Pharm
D) and/or MBA - Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for analyzing datasets
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and their appropriate applications
- Strong problem‑solving and innovative thinking abilities
