The team works closely with Service Delivery, Project Management, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the efficient, cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality IP services to external and internal customers.

• Design, develop and modify network solutions providing exceptional client experience while ensuring the integrity of service delivery.
• Internal interaction with members of the sales, sales engineering, and project management teams.
• Create, modify, and maintain engineering process, workflows, and documentation.
• Support customers through service acceptance by troubleshooting service issues during turn up (e.g., throughput, routing and other customer‑related support issues) providing timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties with effective use of resources and timely delivery.
• Make contributions to organizational knowledge base.
• Represent GTT at various levels from a technical perspective.
• Manage and maintain client service resource allocations.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues within Engineering, Service Delivery and Operations.

• Experience supporting a client’s complete network deployment lifecycle.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with customer engineering teams to determine network requirements are understood, reflected accurately, and implemented.
• Develop design solutions (physical and logical) that follow engineering best practices.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in English.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role – Network Design/Architecture or Implementation.
• Network Certifications (i.e., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE) or similar level with focus on present‑day technologies (e.g., MPLS, TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, QoS, IP Telephony, etc.).
• Juniper equipment experience (PTX, MX, QFX, ACX and EX series).
• Working knowledge of other network services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience interfacing with peering providers and facility management.
• Knowledge of principles of IT Service Management best practices.
