- Ability to influence senior executives by articulating ROI and strategic value
- High energy and competitiveness, capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing
- Demonstrated quality and progression in managing complex sales cycles
- Strong executive alignment and adoption of Fusion Manage
- Proven pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Impactful contributions across account owners, partners, and technical teams
