IMA / Reserve Component Advisor (Senior) - ISR-PED Support

Contract:

Intelligence Support and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance - Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (ISR-PED) Support

Location:

Hurlburt Field, Florida

• Execute monthly IMA contact and accountability actions to ensure recall readiness and mission essential task compliance.
• Monitor and facilitate IMA deployment preparation and mobilization activities.
• Assist with IMA Officer Performance Reports (OPRs) and Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs).
• Coordinate Command Man-Day Allocation System (CMAS) actions and manage manpower day accounts.
• Validate IMA and Traditional Reservist (TR) orders and duty requirements.
• Process Unit Training Assembly Processing System (UTAPS) approvals for IMA Inactive Duty Training (IDT) scheduling.
• Process personnel actions including AF Forms 1288, 2096, and IMA duty information worksheets.
• Maintain and update IMA recall rosters and volunteer deployment documentation.
• Monitor IMA formal training requests and coordinate training actions.
• Serve as liaison between AFSOC/A2 leadership, Reserve personnel, and supporting manpower agencies.

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience managing Air Force Reserve or IMA requirements within the last 12 years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Reserve Component manpower, recall, and deployment processes.
• Full understanding of IMA/Reserve administrative and readiness management duties.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 additional years of experience managing Air Force Reserve requirements.
• Proficiency with CMAS and UTAPS systems.
• Experience supporting Air Force or Special Operations intelligence organizations.
• Additional experience in Reserve Forces management is highly desired.
