The Store Executive is responsible for managing all store-related operations including material inward, stock maintenance, SAP transactions, and dispatch coordination. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely material handling, and efficient inventory control to support production and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Inward & Inspection

• Receive materials as per QA-approved documents and initiate GRN clearance.

• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection and approval.

• Mark and segregate rejected materials; store approved materials in designated bins.

• Inventory Management

• Maintain daily records of material receipts and issues.

• Update stock data in SAP and Excel.

• Conduct stock verification every 15 days.

• Identify and utilize non-moving stock by coordinating with the Design team.

• SAP Operations

• Issue materials daily through SAP.

• Update receipts and stock movements in SAP.

• Book stock materials to respective bins post-GRN approval.

• Dispatch & Documentation

• Prepare delivery challans for finished goods and subcontracted materials.

• Ensure proper documentation: issue slips, delivery challans, GRNs, etc.

• Support production completion and dispatch readiness.

• Material Handling

• Oversee unloading and issuing of materials to production.

• Ensure timely collection of various materials from transport and vendors.

Functions Performed

• Material collection from transport and vendors.

• Verification of quantities against challans.

• Registering inward materials with security and inspection teams.

• GRN preparation and submission to Purchase and QA departments.

• Handling rejected and approved materials appropriately.

• Issuing materials against authorized work orders.

• Location-based stock tracking and updates in SAP.

• Managing raw materials, bought-out items, maintenance spares, tooling, and subcontracted services.

Key Deliverables

• Accurate inward material processing and bin allocation.

• Real-time SAP stock updates and reconciliation.

• Effective utilization of non-moving stock for ongoing projects.

• Maintenance of complete and accurate store documentation.
