• Must be abide by our Safety Standards
• Safely handle and carry ladders and weights 100+ pounds (with the assistance of other employees).
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, while adhering to our safety standards
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients when required.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of a General Laborer
• Majority of the work duties are completed outdoors year round.
• Generally be able to complete the work assigned without assistance.
• Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and clean driving record.
• Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers
• Possess a good attitude and work well with other company employees, management and provide excellent customer service. Must also be self-motivated.
• Travel will be required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
