Foreman - Pulling & Aerial

We are currently looking to add to our team in Warman, SK.

• Must have experience as a Foreman.
• Excellent work habits and demonstrated ability to perform job to a high degree of satisfaction.
• Punctuality a must.
• Must abide by our Safety Standards.
• Safely handle and carry ladders and weights 100+ pounds (with the assistance of other employees).
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, while adhering to our safety standards.
• Must be able to work at heights (bucket truck, pole climbing, aerial lift).
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients when required.
• Must have experience pulling and handling fibre optic cables.
• Aerial experience is considered an asset.
• Update Construction Manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest alternative plans.
• Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and clean driving record.
• Air brake endorsement considered an asset.
• Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers.
• Possess a good attitude and work well with other company employees, management and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Travel will be required.
• Majority of the work duties are completed outdoors year round.

• Regular requirement to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
