We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative who can generate and close new managed IT and cybersecurity clients
.
This is a high-earning commission role ideal for someone with:
- MSP / IT services sales experience
- Strong local business network
- Confidence selling recurring monthly contracts
You bring the deals — we handle delivery, onboarding, and support.
Responsibilities- Prospect and connect with NJ business owners, CEOs, and IT leaders
- Present Iron Wolf’s Managed IT & Cybersecurity solutions
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Close monthly recurring service agreements (MRR)
- Maintain simple pipeline tracking and follow-ups
- Collaborate with founder on proposals and pricing
Required
- 5+ year experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and closing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Bonus
- Existing NJ business network
- Experience selling cybersecurity, compliance, or managed services
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Apollo, or Linked In Sales Navigator
- 15%–30% commission on closed deals
- Option for recurring monthly revenue share
- Potential to transition into base salary + commission after consistent performance
- Unlimited earning potential based on deals closed
