About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer focused Junior Sales Associate to support daily sales operations and customer service activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands on experience working with customers, processing transactions, managing data, and supporting outreach efforts. You'll help maintain smooth front office operations while contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer support.

• Assist walk in customers, helping them find products and ensuring a positive in store experience.

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

• Handle product returns, ensuring proper documentation and excellent customer service.

• Process customer orders, including data entry, follow up, and internal coordination.

• Perform data entry to keep records accurate and up to date.

• Update internal trackers (sales trackers, lead logs, order trackers, follow up sheets, etc.) in a timely manner.

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients, including Electrical Contractors, to introduce products and explore new opportunities.

• Research and identify potential leads using online tools and industry directories.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in internal databases.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and follow up activities.

• Monitor sales activities and share insights to help optimize performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, customer service oriented attitude.

• Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment.

• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset but not required.

• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records.

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is helpful, though not required.

• Self motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
