The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. Spa Associates are responsible for warmly greeting clients in person and via telephone, booking appointments, file maintenance and selling memberships, service upgrades and products.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
• Check in clients through booking system
• Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Various other duties
• PPE provided

Key Qualifications:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

· Prior computer experience

· Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals

· Self-motivated, mature and reliable

· Friendly and approachable
