Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will support daily store operations by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with team supervision, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. You must follow all company policies and regulatory requirements related to the sale and service of alcohol.

• Assist Liquor Store Managers with daily supervision, task prioritization, and team follow-up
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Receive deliveries, verify orders, and complete required documentation
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate inventory records

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience preferred (retail co-op experience an asset)
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and time management skills
• At least 19 years of age
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
• Willing to complete required alcohol service certification (e.g., Serve It Right)
• Comfortable using store equipment (pallet jack, walkie stacker, computers/till)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
