PT File Maintenance Clerk (Stonebridge Liquor #555) Saskatoon, SK - Saskatoon Co-op Job Description
Reporting to the Store Manager,
responsibilities for this position include the following:
To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
To maintain wine, spirits, and beer master files.
To maintain the customer and vendor master files.
To co-ordinate maintenance of wine, spirits, and beer equipment and software programs.
To co-ordinate Store Point file maintenance activities for the Wine, Spirits and Beer department.
To answer the phone and reply to emails in a friendly and courteous manner as required (communicate).
To maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise.
To be responsible for the adherence to Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) operating guidelines/pricing.
To be familiar with and adhere to all Saskatoon co-op policies and procedures.
To perform other duties as assigned.
Assist in billing LTO’s/ charge backs to vendors.
Assist in billing for commercial permits.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
Have or willing to obtain Serve It Right Saskatchewan.
Must be strongly service-oriented and motivated, and capable of serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Must be well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum of supervision.
Must have an enhanced understanding of margin and cost calculation.
Must possess sufficient Microsoft Excel experience.
Spreadsheet knowledge and skills.
Must possess sufficient data entry experience.
Computer skills and knowledge.
Preference will be given to those who possess knowledge and experience in the operation of the Store Point computer system.
Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
