About the RoleAs Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the local marketing strategy, managing budgets, optimizing performance across channels, and ensuring strong ROI. You will work closely with both local and central teams, playing a key role in scaling growth in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, including forecasting and allocation
- Oversee campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, mobile, and programmatic channels
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance based on key KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV)
- Identify and develop new partnerships and acquisition channels
- Manage relationships with affiliates and external partners
- Deliver data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Strong experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition
- Hands‑on expertise in paid media (programmatic, display, paid social)
- Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Experience with mobile marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and campaign performance
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and forecasts
- Experience working with partnerships, affiliates, or growth channels
- Strong experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition
