Production Technician - Chassis Prep – Mechanical

Work Schedule:
Night Shift Monday to Thursday 5:45 pm to 4:15 am.

As a Chassis Prep – Mechanical, you will be able to:
Remove OEM suspension components.Install liquid spring suspension kits or other comparable systems.Ensure accurate mechanical alignment and securement of new suspension systems.Install auxiliary air conditioning compressors, including mechanical mounting and belt alignments.Install alternators and related brackets, wiring, and hardware.Conduct underhood mechanical modifications to accommodate new systems (removing and reinstalling parts as needed).Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are metEnsure quality of workmanship conforms to specifications and eliminate rework in all applicationsAbility to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.Benefits we offer:
