- Plan, organize and coordinate project management activities, including financial, contracting, and project management office functions.
- Plan, direct and control project teams and resources within approved time, cost, content, quality and schedule parameters.
- Determine and obtain budgetary requirements; define team composition, roles, responsibilities, terms of reference and development team objectives.
- Develop, analyze, evaluate and prioritize project deliverables and requirements
- Coordinate and direct the activities of project personnel, internal customers, contractors, support providers and project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress across design, implementation and operations start-up against established goals, objectives and milestones.
- Prepare, maintain and coordinate formal project documentation and reporting, including work breakdown structures, compliance charts, implementation plan inputs, evaluation plans, status reports, briefings and documents requiring approval.
- Develop project control and reporting procedures.
- Prepare analytical plans, charts, tables, and diagrams; use project management tools to support planning, tracking and reporting.
- Meet with stakeholders and other project managers to identify issues and define solvable problems.
- Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned and identify opportunities for resource partnering, including multi-disciplinary practices.
- 5+ years’ experience advising senior management on strategic program business processes and managing project teams on strategic initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience developing or implementing project-related technical and managerial documentation for defence or security initiatives.
- Must currently hold a valid Top Secret government security clearance
. - A bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Social Science.
