You will be responsible for managing training ops, delivering training on CRM, processes, content development & cross-dept collaboration. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

• Provide leadership to develop/implement training programs for all staff
• Manage the Training Manager/team
• Drive Dealer Capabilities & P4P Goals
• Create, deliver training plans
• Oversee expenses & training costs
• Track training success, recommend improvements
• Keep up to date on business/sales systems, JDU courses, Sales & Retail Finance processes, products from vendors, build codes & machine configurations
• Customer confidentiality
• Maintain strong relationships through teamwork & service excellence

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent training/presentation, customer service, interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of Farm/Ag systems in AOR
• Ability to manage tasks; project/goal oriented, strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, empathetic, self-aware
• Ability to use MS Office & internet apps
• Experience analyzing data
• High school diploma/GED, Ag/Business/Engineering Degree preferred
• Work flexible hours & extensive travel in/out of CA
• Must have valid Class 5 Drivers License & valid Passport
