Archer Production Support Developer

Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Archer Production Support Developer.

This is a Remote role and client is actively hiring for this position.

We are seeking an Archer Production Support Developer to provide operational and production support for the Archer platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in incident management, platform stability, and ongoing production enhancements.

• Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents reported by business users
• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Archer platform and related use cases
• Participate in production change management processes
• Support deployment activities and conduct post-release verification
• Communicate timely status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items
• Escalate critical production issues and clearly communicate business impact and resolution
• Maintain support documentation and known-issue logs
• Perform and document root cause analysis (RCA) for all production incidents

• Strong experience supporting the RSA Archer platform in a production environment
• Experience in application support, incident management, and change processes
• .NET experience is considered an asset

• We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
