PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

Rolled out SAP S4 / HANA struggle with training and HUGE gap

Global team of trainers

Onsite – training the trainers – training 101

Training built and launched about a year ago, but need support on site

Operating plants so 3
-4 shift managers

PM as well

Help with GPO – global process owner – voice of business and provide the specific ops and use the modules that have been modified

End user of the systems – what button to push

Assigning PM – pulling out of warehouse

MRO

GLP – trainers reporting up to help answer questions and advice

Working with Scope of work

MUST HAVES (TOP
3):

• Functional / User level knowledge of SAP
• Ability to train at enterprise level with small classroom and intimately with operations / plant / manufacturing level resources
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Service and Asset Manager
• Plant Maintenance functions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Service and Asset Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance functions.
• Proficiency in Procurement, EWM, Finance, and related areas.
• Strong training and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RSH and Scheduling.
• Familiarity with VIM (Invoice Approval Workplace).
• Knowledge of Project Manager Workbench and Master Data Governance
