Preparation, configuration, and documentation of network equipment for deployment on TERAGO’s access network. Execution through a systematic and disciplined approach.
Note: this role is a 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Provision and configure Radio and IP Switching network equipment to support customer and network deployments.
- Create, modify, and maintain network device configurations in alignment with defined engineering design standards.
- Coordinate with internal Engineering, Network Operations, and deployment teams to ensure timely and accurate network provisioning.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams related to network equipment provisioning and equipment readiness.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and asset data within internal systems.
- Ensure all provisioning activities meet or exceed network quality, reliability, and performance standards.
- Support network equipment re-certification, testing, and preparation for critical spares and redeployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline provisioning workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in network deployment projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- Perform other provisioning or network-related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- University degree or College diploma in Telecommunications, Networking, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- CCNA certification or completion of Cisco Networking Academy course work.
- Hands-on experience provisioning, configuring, and supporting wireless and radio network technologies, with working knowledge of IP networking, switching, and routing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), with intermediate Excel capability, and experience using JIRA for task tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
- Experience in Telecommunications, ISP, wireless, or network operations environment is an asset.

- This is an in-person role, requiring regular presence at network staging facility.
- Hands-on work with preparing network hardware, including staging, testing and labeling.
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to approximately 20 lbs).
- May require periods of frequent standing, bending and working in lab or equipment room environments.
