Insurity’s Next Quality AnalystInsurity’s next Quality Analyst will play a key role in advancing quality across the Bureau, Underwriting & Issuance product areas. The role spans QA and BA responsibilities: ensuring product quality and understanding business workflows, analyzing requirements, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, curious, and excited about leveraging AI tools to streamline daily work.
WhatOur Quality Analyst Will Do
- Plan, design, and execute test plans for complex business solutions, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, analyze gaps, and ensure clarity and testability.
- Analyze and report test execution results, create detailed documentation, and champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Analytical skills, a QA mindset or strong BA capabilities, and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- 2+ years of QA experience, including 1 year in the insurance industry.
- Quick learner and self‑starter.
- Technical skills: backend testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, UI automation familiarity, requirement documentation expertise, and ability to leverage AI tools.
- Travel required:
0–10%. - Knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $75,000 (may vary based on experience).
Languages for Québec candidates:
French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. English is required for this position. French‑language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
