Role Summary

As aSales Compensation Strategy Analyst, you’ll support the planning, analysis, and execution of scalable sales compensation strategies. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, Finance, and HR to ensure that our incentive plans are aligned with company goals, motivating to our sales team, and grounded in data.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how smart compensation design can influence sales performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
