Qualifications

A related bachelor’s degree

Approximately 3+ years consulting experience

2–5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience

UKG Pro certifications are ideal

Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations

Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements

Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution

Experience participating in and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing, and deployment drive

An understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle

Project management experience is beneficial

Ability to work through a problem with limited information, demonstrating an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps

Flexibility and ability to travel – on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams and deliver professional services with a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts; manage projects and budgets

Deliver quality services, model excellent client service, establish goals and implementation plans, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed

Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management, focusing on deliverables and client business priorities

Develop people by providing constructive on‑the‑job feedback and training; foster an innovative, team‑oriented work environment

Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical and professional knowledge; keep up to date with current developments and trends

Generate new business opportunities, develop long‑term client relationships, and network across EY practices to serve client needs
