You will provide end-user training & support to the company for a variety of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users
• Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w/business needs
• Work with internal/external teams to customize/configure systems
• Create & deliver training to end-users
• Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring
• Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications
• 2+ years relevant IT exp w/tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk
• 2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin
• Cert/exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset
• Valid drivers licence
• Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed
