As the Talent Acquisition Partner at 7shifts, you’ll play a key role in building high-performance teams by delivering a thoughtful hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring every interaction is an 11/10. Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment efforts, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract great people through sourcing, interviewing, and meaningful candidate engagement, all while representing the 7shifts brand.
What you’ll do Source and engage qualified talent through referrals, proactive outreach, job boards, and networking
Lead end-to-end hiring by screening candidates, running interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to make strong decisions that support team goals
Manage offers and candidate communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a smooth transition from offer to acceptance
Act as a brand ambassador for 7shifts by delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and human experience for every candidate
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and upcoming hiring needs
Coach and support hiring managers on effective, equitable interviewing and selection practices that continuously raise the bar as we scale
Partner closely with other members of the People team to align hiring with broader workforce needs and ensure a seamless handoff from candidate to new hire
Contribute to improving how we hire by supporting employer branding, refining processes, and sharing market and candidate insights
What you bring 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS company or high-growth environment
Ability to assess talent beyond resumes by asking thoughtful questions and evaluating for impact, skills, and potential
Confidence owning roles end-to-end, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to source, assess, and manage candidates effectively
A strong track record of partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, coaching on role clarity, interview best practices, and data-informed hiring decisions
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, bringing structure, focus, and momentum where needed
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and navigate nuanced, high-stakes conversations

Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows
A proactive approach to building and maintaining talent pools for future, recurring, or inactive roles
This role is an existing vacancy and is part of our current hiring plan.
Compensation The base compensation range for this position is $84,000 - $110,000 . This range reflects the full growth path for the role, from building core skills to accomplished performance, through to role mastery. We typically target the accomplished level when hiring externally. At this level, individuals bring relevant experience in the role, demonstrate strong job-related skills, operate with confidence and consistency, and are able to deliver impact with limited ramp-up while still having meaningful opportunity to grow.
Compensation at 7shifts is performance and growth-driven. As you develop your skills and expand your impact over time, your compensation grows with you. Your specific placement within this range is based on your job-related skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as our internal equity assessment.
