What you’ll do:
Lead a specialized payroll team by coaching, allocating resources, providing performance feedback, and ensuring service levels are met.
Guide local Co‑op payroll teams through training, system updates, process improvements, and compliance‑driven configuration changes.
Manage enterprise‑wide payroll operations, ensuring compliant administration, taxation, deductions, year‑end processing, and resolution of escalated issues.
Review critical payroll files and reconciliations while steering mid‑year and year‑end processes and statutory reporting across multiple entities.
Produce audit‑ready payroll reporting and manage budgets to uphold strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational accountability.
Who you’ll work with:
You will be one of two supervisors reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll Services, working in close partnership to lead a team of Payroll Analysts and Payroll Associates. Together, you’ll foster a highly engaged, collaborative, and supportive team environment. Ultimately, this team aims to deliver exceptional service to FCL, local Co‑ops, and employees across the CRS.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in payroll leadership and:
Have 6-9 years' experience administering full-cycle payroll in a complex organization.
Have proven leadership experience.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Possess a PCP designation.
Experience with Oracle HCM and UKG is considered an asset.
