Responsibilities- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments in compliance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and ethics.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions that best fit those needs, exercising discretion in confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating nonstandard activities as required.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in timely and accurate manner.
- Build and maintain personal connections with customers sell them questions.

- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet usage.
- Self-starter who exercises initiative, accurate detail-oriented able handle tasks mixing priorities.
