– Take an active role in site safety meetings, follow all site-specific requirements, and lead by example to promote safe work practices. Encourage safety interventions andmaintaina culture where safety and quality come first. - Field and Laboratory Testing
–Conduct on-site testing of various materials, including compaction,concrete,and asphalt testing. Prepare reports and enter data using both manual and digital reporting systems. - Equipment Management
– Maintain and ensure proper handling of materials testing equipment, including Nuclear Gauges, concrete testing tools, and laboratory instruments. - Client Collaboration
– Work closely with clients to provide technicalexpertiseandmaintainstrong relationships. Activelyparticipatein Inline Group’s ISO 9001 Quality Program and corporate HSE program. - Technical Excellence
– Support geotechnical investigations and instrumentation work while ensuringaccurateand reliable testing results to meet industry standards.
- Experienced Professional
– You have2-5 years of industrial/civil materials testing experience at an intermediate to senior level. - Qualified & Skilled
– Strong knowledge of Nuclear Gauge usage, field concrete testing procedures, and laboratory testing requirements. A Geotechnical/Civil Engineering diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Ready for the Job
– You hold a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record and are comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs. Ability to travel based on project demands. - Certification
–CCIL accreditation in Type-C/HMA, Type-QF/QL, or CSA is an asset. - Driven to Grow
