GIS Analyst

• Hourly rate range of $26.00-$37.00, starting pay dependent on skills, experience, and work location

• Create and edit spatial data and mapping products while performing junior-level geospatial analyses
• Generate, edit, and maintain relational geospatial databases
• Update and maintain mapping standards and work processes
• Support field activities as a field second, workload permitting
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives

• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or technical diploma
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of geographic and projected coordinate systems and transformations
• Proficient with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop software suite and extensions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience with ESRI Enterprise Geodatabases
• Knowledge of GIS programming using technologies such as Python, R, and Java Script
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Map or Civil 3D
• Experience in project planning and coordination
• Field experience along with applicable certifications
